RioPlay is built by Antargyan AI Private Limited in Pune. We have spent a decade building software for people who teach, and RioPlay is what that work turned into.
RioPlay started with a narrow problem: teachers were losing income because their recorded lectures were being copied and resold within days of release. The first version was an encrypted player and very little else.
What we learned from that is that piracy protection alone does not build a business. Educators also needed somewhere to sell, a way to run live sessions, an exam system their institution would accept, and reporting they could act on — and they needed all of it under their own name, not somebody else’s marketplace.
So RioPlay grew into an Education OS. Today it runs coaching institutes, CA and MPSC faculty, a syllabus design agency, and state police training — from single teachers to organisations delivering to lakhs of students.

Four things we do not compromise on
Security is the default
Encryption, device limits, and watermarking are not an upgrade tier. Every plan gets content protection, because that is the thing that pays for itself.
You own your students
We take no commission on your course sales and we do not market to your students. The relationship is yours, and so is the revenue.
Support by a human
Every paid plan has a named response time and the person answering knows the product. Institutional customers get a direct line, not a ticket queue.
Built on what customers ask for
OMR checking, pendrive courses, and on-screen evaluation all exist because institutes asked for them. The roadmap is mostly other people’s ideas.
